Support Project Coordinators or Project Managers with project setup and ensure the accuracy of all project-related data.
Conduct project cleanup and closeout activities, including reviewing revenue budgets, balances, unbilled projects, task allocations, and project activity, and following up with the Project Coordinator as needed.
Provide timely and proactive updates on project financials, including budget tracking and expense reporting.
Perform financial analysis to support proposal pricing and other financial decision-making.
Manage and maintain project contracts, ensuring all terms are met.
Collaborate with Project Managers to oversee and manage all financial aspects of projects, including revenue recognition, billing, and invoicing.
Configure complex projects within Acumatica and maintain detailed project records.
Ensure accurate allocation of project time and resources.

Minimum 3 years' of AEC industry experience.
Associate’s degree in Business, Administration or related area
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to convey financial information to different audiences.
Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and standard practices
Ability to multitask and have strong attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
Proficiency in specialized project accounting software (e.g. Oracle, Deltek) and other financial management tools (Textura). Acumatica experience is a plus.
Advanced proficiency in managing general ledgers, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
Intermediate skills in Excel required, advanced preferred. Ability to create pivot tables, use lookup functions, understand and edit excel formulas etc.
