- Provide order/data entry for the Inside Sales Department.
- Process and verify order accuracy from customers using the internal CRM/Axapta system and purchase orders.
- Initiate actions to respond to customer service requests for order changes, maintain order/customer files, and communicate changes to appropriate departments.
- Proofread entered orders and ensure correct codes are applied before final confirmation.
- Collaborate with scheduling/production to ensure orders meet customer expectations.
- Work with other branch/regional locations to resolve problems, facilitate solutions, and enhance customer service offerings.
- Support and participate in continuous improvement program and product training courses.

Who You Are: Customer-centric, detail-focused with a fantastic grasp of written and verbal communication.
- Proven experience in order entry/data entry and customer service.
- Manufacturing, glass and aluminum, or construction industry experience preferred.
- Efficient, accurate, and organized.
- Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal, conflict management, and time management skills.
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong listening and data collection skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, fractions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume using basic algebra and geometry.
- Must pass criminal background check.
