Technical understanding of Electrical Engineering for Buildings facilities, with direct design experience in Power, Lighting and Low Voltage systems, including Technology applications.
Acumen related to project delivery innovations in IPD, APD, Modular approaches and related advancements.
Ability to lead project teams across a range of project types and scales with proven ability to balance a book of business in this regard
Strong business development skills, including significant experience developing and maintaining productive relationships with a client base—a sellerdoer capable of generating work and creating longterm relationships and delivering longterm value to clients for Stantec
Demonstrated design and planning acumen and leadership on major projects
Experience with strategic prepositioning for pursuits inclusive of engagement strategies, responding to Expression of Interests, Statements of Qualifications, Requests for Proposals, formal interviews, and professional fee and contract negotiations
Recent experience in Buildings Electrical Engineering with interest in multisector markets.
Excellent organization, coordination, leadership, teambuilding and team engagement talent
Knowledge of market assessment techniques and insights along with ability to create aspirational and achievable business plans
