  • Information Management: Maintain and update information in platforms like SharePoint, manage the flow of information to stakeholders, and ensure consistency in document usage.
  • Serve as back-up to other Business Operations teammates as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service and develop strong internal customer partnerships with key internal clients.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities and assist in developing improvements for operational processes, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
  • Participate in purposeful outreach and connecting to departments and regions.
  • Provide administrative support including calendar management, schedule meetings, document action items, process administrative workflows, and provide general clerical and project support.
  • Champion McKinstry processes and procedures to enhance business productivity.
  • Communicate and coordinate with McKinstry internal resources to meet assigned deliverables.
  • Assist with project setup, monitor progress, process change orders, and prepare reports and documentation.
  • Support efforts to ensure department goals are aligned with business unit and company goals.
  • Support the department with recurring tasks such as billing and month close.

  • Proven ability to learn quickly and build strong relationships.
  • Proficient with Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.

  • Experience providing business support in a large matrixed organization or multi-office environment strongly preferred.
