Description

• Meet with insurance adjusters at the customers' properties to agree to the work needed to be covered
• Generate leads and develop new business through prospecting and networking
• Help file insurance claims with homeowners and follow up on the claim progress with the insurance company
• Meet with potential customers to assess their roofing needs and provide them with estimates and proposals
• Identify homes with potential damage
• Oversee the job whether it's a roof replacement, siding job, windows, gutters, deck, or additional supplements from start to finish
• Provide photos of projects
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and secure sales

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of roofing products and materials is preferred
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
