- 7+ years of experience in planning
- Familiarity with PowerBI or other data visualization tools.
- A positive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work across disciplines.
- Professional experience in one or more technical areas of airport planning (e.g., airfield & apron, terminal, landside, utilities, airspace, operations) is highly desirable.
- Adaptability to agile working arrangements, including both in-office and remote collaboration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Initiative and independence in managing tasks efficiently.
- Proactiveness and a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
- A degree in aeronautical engineering, civil engineering, architecture, airport planning, or air transport management. Candidates with backgrounds in economics, sustainability, finance, or business-related studies may also be considered.
- Working knowledge of simulation and modeling tools for airfield and terminal facilities is advantageous.
- Critical thinking and a methodical approach to solving complex problems.
- Experience with building and running CAST simulations for terminal operations and passenger flow analysis is highly desirable.
- Competency in AutoCAD and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, enabling confident interaction with clients and colleagues.
- Strong written communication and attention to detail, with the ability to produce accurate technical drawings and high-quality reports.
- Experience with tools such as AviPlan, Infraworks, Navisworks, Revit, or 3D visualization software is a plus.
