The Community Manager oversees all business operations for an apartment community. The role requires strong resident‑relations and interpersonal skills, effective communication, dependability, professionalism, and the ability to lead, train, and work collaboratively as a team player.
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with three or more years of multi‑family property management experience. Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication abilities are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and property‑management software. A valid driver’s license is required.
