2+ years of professional experience in analytics, with a strong emphasis on providing analytics solutions to clients.
Experience responding rapidly to frequent, novel requests with a strong focus on data correctness and completeness.
Strong communication and data presentation skills, including experience creating clear, concise, and executive-read actionable recommendations.
2+ years of experience in building dashboards with a focus on storytelling (preferably in Tableau). Experience in Sigma is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of statistical concepts (correlation, regression, significance testing), research methods, and experimental designs.
Experience with requirement gathering, technical documentation, and project planning techniques.
3+ years of experience using SQL and knowledge of data warehousing best practices.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR, Technology, Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
