  • Implement data-driven strategies leveraging analytics and market intelligence.
  • Build and scale a high-performing marketing and communications organization.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints—digital, in-person, and media.
  • Support executive communications and employer branding in partnership with HR.

  • Real estate, homebuilding, or adjacent industry experience strongly preferred.

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Recognized or awarded for marketing/PR excellence.
  • Proven success in full-stack marketing + high-stakes PR strategy.
