Exploring design concepts and ideas through hand sketches and design software.
Participating in owner meetings and internal team discussions.
Teaming with the Client Leader to revise and adapt the Project Plan as required.
Contributing to knowledge and growth of the Firm knowledge by sharing experiences and knowledge through internal presentations or trainings.
Read, prepare, and proofread documents.

A 4- or 6-year CIDA accredited professional degree in Interior Architecture/Design required.

Fluency in free-hand sketching, Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Revit Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office preferred.

NCIDQ certified preferred.
Our ideal candidates possess strong project leadership and design skills, ideally with experience in the K–12 and/or Higher Education markets; our team members have opportunities to work on various projects in both markets. While we are specifically seeking candidates with 10+ years of experience, candidates with fewer years may be considered with applicable design background.
