- Working knowledge of GIS software (advantageous)
- Proactive, adaptable, and detail-focused with a “can-do” approach
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Heritage Statements (RIBA Stage 1 & 2)
- Master’s degree (or higher) in heritage, architecture, or related field
- At least 3 years’ experience as a heritage consultant in a commercial environment
- Strong knowledge of UK heritage planning legislation and listed building consent process
- Membership of IHBC or CIfA (desirable)
- UK driving licence (desirable, for travel to remote locations)
- Proven ability to manage workload, budgets, and deadlines
