As the Daytime Concierge (Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 4 PM), you are the first person prospects and residents meet when they come home. You take ownership of creating stellar first impressions, building positive relationships, and personalizing each interaction, often knowing the names and favorite things of all customers, including four‑legged ones.
We are looking for candidates with at least two years of experience in hospitality, retail, travel or hotel environments, outstanding written and verbal communication skills, a professional appearance, and proficiency with various software and apps. An eye for detail, a customer‑focused mentality, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds are also required, and the position includes eligibility for additional bonus opportunities.
The salary range for this role is $48,000 — $52,000 USD, with competitive compensation and additional bonus potential.
