Tasks

This role involves full lifecycle responsibility—from preliminary design through occupancy—while ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction. -Develop electrical designs for new builds, tenant improvements (TI), and base building upgrades. -Collaborate with drafters and designers to ensure accurate and timely deliverables. -Act as the main electrical engineer on projects, managing all phases from concept to completion. -Apply low-voltage system design expertise across mixed-use and multi-unit residential projects. -Replace and upgrade voltage equipment, including switchgear and transformers. -Train and supervise junior designers and oversee construction review and completion processes. -Perform technical calculations for lighting analysis, load calculations, and power system design. -Host meetings and coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, and clients to resolve issues and meet project goals.
