  • Develop mastery of Built’s suite of products & solutions
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements to optimize delivery.
  • Manage internal projects to deliver customer requirements
  • Drive customer adoption & expansion of accounts where solutions improve business outcomes for customers
  • Identify and drive cross-sell and own upsell opportunities.
  • Work with cross-functional internal and external teams to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle to deliver customer business outcomes.
  • Coordinate sales, implementations, and customer success team activities to support our largest customers
  • Understand our client’s business, operating models, and pain points and proactively explore ways to improve overall client satisfaction.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with the client and executive sponsors to ensure they are using the solution to achieve full business value and growth.
  • Gather and define requirements for solutions to unique customer problems
  • Manage external programs for software delivery and development
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine requirements, manage product delivery and inform customers of present and future product capabilities
