After completing the hourly training period, Aerotek offers a base salary of $45,000 with unlimited earning potential through weekly commissions; after one year, the base increases to $55,000 with continued commission and performance‑based incentives. Projected recruiter earnings are $50,000 in year 1, $76,000 in year 2, and $102,000 in year 3.
