The role supports the physical upkeep and curb appeal of a stabilized high-rise community of 591 units, working Monday‑Friday. Responsibilities include maintaining grounds, amenities, and common areas, handling trash removal, lock changes, and assisting the make-ready process while communicating with residents and reporting safety hazards. The position requires flexibility to take on‑call duties during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Incumbents must possess a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart, be able to stand, walk, climb, lift up to 25 lb independently (or 50 lb with assistance), and work in all weather conditions. The role involves occasional travel to other properties for training or support and adherence to OSHA and Greystar safety and risk-management policies.
Compensation includes a base salary with eligibility for performance‑based bonuses, which vary for corporate and onsite positions.
