The role supports the physical upkeep and curb appeal of a stabilized high-rise community of 591 units, working Monday‑Friday. Responsibilities include maintaining grounds, amenities, and common areas, handling trash removal, lock changes, and assisting the make-ready process while communicating with residents and reporting safety hazards. The position requires flexibility to take on‑call duties during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Inspect community throughout the day, removing litter, debris, and pet droppings; keep common areas and amenities tidy.
- Remove trash from vacant apartments before make-ready, transfer to dumpster or storage, and clean storage areas.
- Complete minor and routine service requests and assist the make-ready specialist in turnover processes.
- Change all locks per property policy and ensure pool gate safety compliance.
- Distribute notices and communications to residents as needed.
- Report observed hazards or dangerous situations to appropriate supervisors.
- Provide courteous customer service, answer resident questions, and address maintenance complaints sensitively.
- Follow Greystar’s safety policies, attend safety meetings, complete OSHA training, and promptly report accidents.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.

Incumbents must possess a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart, be able to stand, walk, climb, lift up to 25 lb independently (or 50 lb with assistance), and work in all weather conditions. The role involves occasional travel to other properties for training or support and adherence to OSHA and Greystar safety and risk-management policies.
