- Équilibrez conformité et agilité en préparant des rapports sur les tendances, en soutenant les audits et en permettant des décisions adaptées et basées sur les données concernant les salaires, les avantages sociaux et les besoins en main-d'œuvre.
- 3+ ans d'expérience en rémunération et avantages sociaux, idéalement dans un environnement international et/ou industriel.
- Compétent en systèmes RH (par exemple, SAP, SuccessFactors) et Microsoft Office.
- Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite en anglais et en français. La maîtrise du français est requise. L'anglais est également requis pour communiquer régulièrement avec les employés et les fournisseurs d'avantages sociaux à l'extérieur du Québec.
- Suivez les niveaux de service et maintenez des relations solides et collaboratives pour garder les programmes efficaces et axés sur les employés.
- Gérer les fournisseurs d'avantages sociaux et les partenariats avec les fournisseurs en coordonnant avec les équipes financières internes, en assurant une facturation précise et en soutenant l'intégration fluide des nouveaux fournisseurs.
