Experience: Have a minimum of one year experience in working with the frail and elderly population.
Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and have means of transportation.
Must have medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations before having direct participant contact.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Valid Driver’s License in state of hire. CDL license within six (6) months of hire required if location utilizes vehicles requiring a CDL license.
