- Create and deliver technical reports.
- This will involve utilizing Creo Software to prepare generator layout assemblies and designing sub systems like Base frame, Enclosure & Exhaust systems.
- Completes current work according to assigned priorities.
- You will also perform Design calculations, detail design, review of drawings and assisting facility on proto builds.
- Perform needs analysis and initiate ideas, create/evaluate new processes and perform complex analysis work, identify and solve challenging problems
- Developing and documenting functional requirements and translating into detail design documents.

- Experience in interpreting weld drawings.
- 3+ years of experience working on sheet metal design and handling large assemblies.
- Enjoys working in a fast paced, technically challenging environment
- Must have demonstrated excellent analytical skills and have an extensive understanding of complex engineering concepts and applications
- Excellent analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Automobile/Aerospace Engineering from accredited Indian or Global Engineering schools
- Experience in handling supplier queries from manufacturing and assembly.
- Experience in routing of hoses and selection of sockets, fuel gauge etc.
- Masters or Bachelor degree in an accredited Indian or Global Engineering schools
- Overall experience of 5 years in structural design from concept till manufacturing.
- Proficiency with generator design & development.
- Self-starter with strong technical leadership skills
- Ability to perform complex assignments
- Good understanding of structural, thermal & Airflow calculations and material selection.
- An experienced individual contributor on complex projects and assignments for the end-to-end design and development of generator sets,.
- Flexible to travel globally which is of 10% of the work
