  • Support Our People: Provide Tier 2 support to employee's company-wide, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Keep Systems Running Smoothly: Maintain servers, wired/wireless networks, storage systems, and audiovisual setups.
  • Empower Through Training: Lead brief, practical sessions to help users get the most out of technology tools.
  • Manage Devices & Licenses: Track hardware lifecycles, monitor configurations, and ensure proper license management.
  • Support the Field: Coordinate technology for remote field offices and provide responsive, hands-on assistance.
  • Document & Improve: Maintain detailed records, update IT processes, and continuously enhance our internal knowledge base.
  • Enable New Talent: Set up accounts, devices, and application access for new hires; handle offboarding with care and accuracy.

  • You bring at least 5 years of hands-on IT support or helpdesk experience.
  • You’re skilled in Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, and basic networking.
  • Experience with system backups, imaging, or endpoint management tools is a plus.
  • You have a customer-focused mindset and a passion for solving problems the right way.
  • You have an Associate’s degree in IT or equivalent experience.
  • You enjoy helping others and translating tech into plain language.
