Ensures a first impression of great customer service by cordially greeting prospective residents and on-site inquiries.

Report any known accidents or violations of Company policy, safety hazards, or any unusual occurrences to the local manager in a timely manner.
Advise and remind residents and guests of any appropriate rules and regulations established by the property management.
Answer and complete all resident requests, phone calls, questions, or concerns.
And you may be asked by local management to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects.
Maintain a neat and orderly Desk at all times, free of debris and trash.
Helps with community arrangements, such as the moving-in and moving-out procedures
Greet Residents, Guests, and Visitors
Follow property-specific systems to receive and sign for deliveries to ensure efficient delivery to residents.
May be asked by local management to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks according to the company's maintenance checklists.
Maintain the required company standards by wearing the company uniform, stating the company greeting, answering customer questions, resolving issues, and thanking each customer upon exit.
Oversees the delivery of all packages, recording arrival details and informing residents of them within a day.
Document in and complete the daily shift report.
Follow all property procedures for resident, guest, and vendor access.

Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
Concierge: 1 year+
Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanour when working with the residents, providing resolution as needed to resident issues.
You are at least 18 years old.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence.
A high school degree or GED equivalent preferred.
