Operate chainsaws, pole saws, and other arborist tools in compliance with safety procedures.
Communicate effectively with the Arbor Crew Leader and other team members to complete projects on time.
Ensure work sites are clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Inspect, maintain, and safely operate trucks, chippers, and other job-related equipment.
Perform all aspects of tree trimming and removal, including pruning, shaping, and felling trees safely and efficiently.
Follow all safety guidelines and company policies at all times.

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in tree trimming or related arborist work.
Proven ability to safely operate trimming and rigging equipment.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
