  • Identify and document project risks, seeking guidance to mitigate where needed
  • Review client specifications and documentation to ensure clarity and compliance
  • Lead the coordination of all technical, commercial, and support documentation for tenders
  • Liaise with clients to clarify requirements and attend customer meetings when necessary
  • Support the full tender lifecycle – from budget and firm enquiries to order acceptance
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of tendering processes and systems
  • Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery Collaborate with internal departments to gather data and technical inputs
  • Maintain compliance with internal procedures, design manuals, and governance
  • Support the order handover process, ensuring smooth transition to the project team

  • Understanding of offshore cable/umbilical systems installation
  • Strong background in tendering, proposals, or a technical offshore wind role
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex tenders under pressure

  • HND or Degree in Engineering or related discipline (preferred)
  • Knowledge of JDR’s products and services
  • Solid technical and commercial acumen
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard software tools
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management
  • Previous experience in the energy or offshore renewables sector
  • 2+ years of industry experience (preferred)
