In this position you will offer support and guidance to men with complex needs facing homelessness, conduct support sessions and front‑desk duties, and accompany customers to appointments. Additional tasks include cleaning, preparing rooms for let, handling admin, processing referrals, conducting accommodation assessments, and assisting with housing‑related issues.
You need the flexibility to work at short notice, a people‑focused attitude, and experience supporting vulnerable individuals. Experience with support plans, high‑pressure situations, anti‑social behaviour, and property management is also required.
Typical shifts run from 7 am‑3 pm, 9 am‑5 pm, 11 am‑7 pm or 7 pm‑7 am, and you may cover other Surrey sites as needed. You must be comfortable using technology for support plans, mandatory learning and communication, and an Enhanced DBS check will be funded by the employer.
