  • Keep cross function collaboration and conflict resolution.

  • Assists Project Director and Country Management with long-range operating goals, expansion efforts, and implementation of new and advanced technology.
  • Oversee the manufacturing of Locomotive, ensuring production, performance, and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Communicate customer issues with the operations team and devise ways of improving customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints.
  • Leads global projects & deliveries innovative solution and shall have extensive experience in developing & implementing Operation Strategies, short-term & long-term goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures.
  • Strategically manages Capex and maintenance of the available infrastructure.
  • Reviews production reports to ensure safety, quality, financial, and delivery goals and standards are met.
  • Ensures a healthy and safe working environment, and compliance with Indian Railways, Local Government and Siemens regulations, through collaboration with environmental, health, and safety staff.
  • Plan and review compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.

  • Graduate in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. MBA is an added benefit.
  • Proven Leadership skills in developing a team of high performance by engaging, coaching and driving accountability & ownership at all levels.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach with problem solving skills.
  • Experience in working with Indian Railways Government Officials
  • Strong people and leadership skills
  • Should be proficient in English and Hindi. Fluency in Gujrati and German is added benefit.
  • Should have at least 15 years’ experience in rolling stock domain. Experience in Rolling Stock Production, Manufacturing Strategy and Leading People.
