- Keep cross function collaboration and conflict resolution.

- Responsible for all department managers and supervisors, with review/approval responsibility for all operations employees.
- Create a healthy ecosystem with the suppliers ensuring the right product quality being delivered.
- Create time bound action items based on internal and external customer complaints on quality.

- Oversee the manufacturing of Locomotive, ensuring production, performance, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Communicate customer issues with the operations team and devise ways of improving customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints.
- Leads global projects & deliveries innovative solution and shall have extensive experience in developing & implementing Operation Strategies, short-term & long-term goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures.
- Strategically manages Capex and maintenance of the available infrastructure.
- Reviews production reports to ensure safety, quality, financial, and delivery goals and standards are met.
- Ensures a healthy and safe working environment, and compliance with Indian Railways, Local Government and Siemens regulations, through collaboration with environmental, health, and safety staff.
- Plan and review compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.

- Graduate in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. MBA is an added benefit.
- Proven Leadership skills in developing a team of high performance by engaging, coaching and driving accountability & ownership at all levels.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach with problem solving skills.
- Experience in working with Indian Railways Government Officials
- Strong people and leadership skills
- Should be proficient in English and Hindi. Fluency in Gujrati and German is added benefit.
- Should have at least 15 years’ experience in rolling stock domain. Experience in Rolling Stock Production, Manufacturing Strategy and Leading People.
