- Detect potential issues or delays in request or procurement processes and escalate them to the IT Software Asset Manager for resolution
- Maintain accurate records of software installations and assignments.
- Provide guidance to end users on software request processes, license entitlements, and basic troubleshooting
- Create and manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders in Workday for new software license requests.
- Align software asset management activities with ITIL practices, supporting incident, request, and change management processes
- Assist in internal and external software audits, including license true-ups, by providing accurate data and documentation
- Coordinate with requesters, approvers, and relevant IT teams to ensure timely fulfilment of software requests.
- Coordinate escalations with relevant teams to ensure prompt resolution and maintain user satisfaction
- Identify and communicate potential risks associated with software usage.
- Track approval workflows, resolve delays, and ensure timely delivery of software products or licenses.
- Review, validate, and process incoming software access requests submitted via ServiceNow.
- Troubleshoot basic software application issues to identify the root cause of user-reported problems
- Provide timely status updates to stakeholders regarding request progress, procurement timelines, and license availability.
- Participate in initiatives aimed at improving software asset management processes, contributing ideas and feedback to enhance efficiency and compliance

- Background in IT procurement is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with ServiceNow and Workday.
- Financial tracking experience helpful.
- Knowledge of subscription-based and perpetual licensing models across Adobe, Microsoft, and Autodesk platforms is a plus.
- Knowledge of Day-to-Day IT functions including Service Delivery and ITIL Standards.
