Bachelor’s degree in Transportation Planning, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field.
Proven ability to manage individuals and teams, provide leadership, and manage project production.
At least 10 years of experience in transportation planning, traffic engineering, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven leadership and team management skills, with at least two years of project management and/or staff management experience.
P.E. License or AICP certification strongly desired.
Experience contributing to and leading proposals and business development efforts.
Proficiency in transportation planning software and tools.
Knowledge of transportation regulations and policies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated skills in your area(s) of expertise. These could include transportation planning, safety expertise, or traffic operations modeling.
