Element has an opportunity for a Business Operations Manager at our Rancho Dominguez facility. This key operational support role is responsible for establishing and driving exceptional customer experience, serving as the primary point of contact for key customers and overseeing service delivery to ensure timeliness and accuracy. The role leverages data‑driven insights to improve performance.
This position is based in a laboratory and aerospace testing facility, working close to testing operations, technical teams, and customer‑facing service areas. Employees must comply with site‑specific safety and regulatory requirements, wear appropriate PPE, and be able to lift up to 20 lb. The role involves regular standing, walking, and moving between office, lab, and operational areas.
Candidates should have at least five years of experience in business operations, customer service, or program management within a high‑volume, customer‑facing environment. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience is acceptable. Strong problem‑solving, data interpretation, cross‑functional collaboration, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
Salary ranges from $90,000 to $105,000 per year, dependent on experience.
