Based out of the Pearland service center, you will work in the field with daily local travel in a company vehicle, and may have overtime, weekend, and travel opportunities. Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance and repairs on power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment, and oil‑free air compressors, as well as troubleshooting equipment failures both in the shop and at customer sites. You may work independently or with another technician to set up and operate equipment at the shop and on customer locations.

We are seeking an HVAC Technician 3 (Shop) in Pearland, TX to help power progress for our customers.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience), 6–9 years of experience with power generators and/or commercial HVAC equipment, and the ability to perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs. Candidates should be able to calculate nominal and effective tonnage or kW requirements, read schematics, hold a valid driver’s license, and be capable of moving objects typically less than 50 lb. Depending on customer requirements, a TWIC card or valid DOT medical card may be required.
