- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years in fire alarm inspections, maintenance, and/or repairs
- Valid driver’s license with excellent driving record
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions such as climbing ladders, scaffolding and high lift equipment, utility vaults (confined spaces), above ceilings, etc.
- Note: this is a safety sensitive role requiring a clear drug screen including cannabis.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor including good judgment and honesty
- Operates methodically and is well organized
- Takes initiative and can operate with minimal guidance
- EL-06 License
- Capable of performing physical labor to include carrying and moving equipment and tools weighing up to 70 lbs
- Familiarity with water-based fire sprinkler systems
- 4+ years in fire alarm installation
- Understanding of NEC (low voltage) and NFPA 72
- Ability to adhere to, implement, and follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times
- Customer-centric: goes the extra mile to get the job done correctly
