Tasks

Check out this Deficiency and Warranty Technician role for one of the top General Contractors and Construction Managers for non-market housing in the Lower Mainland. You will handle pre-handover deficiencies, trade call-backs as well as one year warranty items for their Clients. -You will be provided the deficiency lists that you will take ownership of and eventually complete the project to a zero deficiency state. -You will report to the Head of the Warranty Department and join an existing team of five. -They also handle occasional concrete, healthcare and institutional projects. -25% will be representing the company and dealing directly with their Clients and the building operators. -You will handle the year-end warranty inspections and repairs directly with the Client and building management.

What You Bring

-A company branded truck, tools and gas will be provided (you must maintain a valid driver's license)

Benefits

-Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 plus annual bonus -No weekend work will be required in this role. -Mobile phone and plan (or an allowance if preferred) -Medical and Dental plan and a Health spending account -Employee and dependent life insurance, AD&D, CI, STD and LTD coverage -75% of your time will be spent split between hands-on deficiency work and handling trade coordination for their deficiencies. -3 weeks of Vacation
