Key responsibilities include daily collection and checking of site‑based documents, subcontractor and supplier dockets and invoices; month‑end processing, data entry, reporting and client invoice preparation; procurement tasks such as raising purchase orders; processing accounts payable documents; assisting with client liaison, mobilisation, inductions and onboarding; and minute taking and distribution.
The successful candidate will have an administration or accounts background, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong task management, a proactive attitude, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and meticulous attention to detail are essential.
