Assist with site inductions & relevant paperwork
Facilitate the meeting rooms and provide meeting attendees with refreshments when / if required.
Assisting with the preparation of weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
Administer site staff training records & training course management, booking, travel arrangements etc
Organise efficient administration and filing systems as appropriate.
Ordering and managing stationery and sundries for site
Provide general administrative support to the project management team.
Assist with H&S administration for the SHEQ and site team.
Creation, editing and formatting of MS office-based documentation
Front of house duties including, meet & greet of clients, visitors, providing refreshments etc.
Booking couriers, managing site post and small item deliveries.
Administration of site procurement of consumables and offtakes including reconciliation of delivery notes and invoices, and liaising with other Vital Energi departments
Provide all round general support for the teams.
Manage the flow of documentation within the organisation
Distribute project-related copies to internal teams
Take lead role in the administration of site documentation
Create templates for future use
File documents in physical and digital records
Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement
