Supports the production, editing, formatting, proof reading and publication of submission documents including executive summaries, project scope and timeline, proposed solution(s) and methodologies, price, references, contract terms and conditions.
Collaborates with other Regional Proposals Managers in:
Prepare and maintain sales qualification materials and supporting information in designated information management tools (Sharepoint).
Supports the company's strategy to win the tender.
Editing, maintaining, and sharing boilerplate materials to demonstrate consistency and global capabilities across the ATF Business Units.
Provide support in collaboration and alignment with assigned Business Acquisition Leader, Opportunity Manager and Engineering & Design in the development of Proposals, Presentations, Qualifications and related documentation.
Assist in coordinating the bid process, ensuring all internal or external contributors and specialists (architects, engineers, construction planners and commercial teams) understand the expectations and their responsibilities.
Prepares responsibility/outline matrices and schedules for the development of proposals and presentations in collaboration with assigned Opportunity Director/Manager and/or Proposal Manager.
Ensures that client deliverables are completed and submitted by deadline.
Ensure adherence to standards and templates to present a consistent appearance/style in compliance with our corporate branding.

Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
Minimum 7 years in a leading role in Proposal management. Advanced Technology Facilities is preferred.
Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
Familiarity with Salesforce and working in a Sharepoint environment preferred
Must be able work flexible hours as needed or required by project or proposal deadlines
Ability to work under pressure with a systematic approach and high attention to detail.
Experienced in the Engineering and Construction industry
Strong capability with MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Excellent writing and editing skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, English, Journalism, Communications, or related field required
InDesign experience preferred
Excellent interpersonal, communication skills; ability to fully engage and network with internal and external stakeholders.
