- Mentor and support EnSafe staff in all aspects of construction safety activities.
- Lead and grow EnSafe’s Construction Safety Service Line.
- Lead investigations into construction-related safety incidents.
- Collaborate closely with EnSafe construction safety project managers to ensure effective project execution and client satisfaction.
- Respond to client requests and manage staffing for on-site construction safety support.
- Conduct comprehensive construction site safety inspections and audits.

- 10+ years of construction safety experience.
- Self-motivated with strong initiative and the ability to work independently.
- Demonstrated technical expertise in key areas including:
- Construction safety training and education
- Professional designations (CSP, CIH, CHMM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- B.S. in Occupational Safety or related field; commensurate experience will be considered.
- In-depth knowledge of OSHA’s construction safety standards (29 CFR 1926).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
- Construction and/or construction management experience.
- Effective team building and collaboration skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
