As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with the senior commercial team to ensure effective cost management across the project lifecycle. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their QS career within a supportive and dynamic environment.

Help manage project cost control, valuations, and variations
Assist in preparing financial reports and cash flow forecasts
Maintain accurate documentation and records
Support procurement activities, including subcontractor inquiries and comparisons
Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities
Work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
Attend site visits and progress meetings

Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills
1–2 years’ experience in a similar role (placement year experience welcome)
Degree (or working towards one) in Quantity Surveying or a related field
Proficient in MS Office; experience with QS software beneficial
Good understanding of construction processes and commercial principles
