The Principal role, based in Blue Bell, PA or Princeton, NJ, leads the development and management of the Environment and Health Services consulting practice. This position provides strategic direction, technical expertise, and entrepreneurial energy to deliver high‑quality consulting services focused on environmental due diligence, EHS permitting and compliance, and air quality.
You will work within a creative team that ranges from entry‑level staff to seasoned subject‑matter experts, fostering continuous learning through coaching, mentoring, and on‑the‑job tasks. The environment encourages collaboration, high performance, and innovative problem‑solving for client challenges.
- Lead and grow the EHS consulting practice, setting strategic direction.
- Manage end‑to‑end environmental consulting projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget compliance.
- Serve as primary client liaison, developing tailored solutions and delivering high‑quality service.
- Mentor and develop consultants, fostering a collaborative, high‑performing team.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, drafting proposals and presenting to clients.
- Contribute thought leadership through industry publications, presentations, and forums.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as Environmental Science, Engineering, or Geology, and bring at least 13 years of progressive consulting experience. They must possess extensive knowledge of EHS regulations, multimedia permitting, Phase I ESA assessments, and demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and business development skills.
