HR Operations Specialist

Description

• Carry out personnel administration in line with established guidelines to ensure accurate and complete availability of employee information
• Support and execute activities related to payroll and compensation, to ensure timely and correct salary payments
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding of DLL employees
• Manage HR systems and tools to ensure the availability of accurate and up-to-date HR management information
• Support various HR Operational processes including unemployment, employment verification, and exit interviews
• Maintain internal HR systems with recurring data audits and updates
• Run reports for various internal teams (Finance, Compliance, etc.)
• Provide all employees, including managers and senior leaders, with information on salary, compensation, benefits, HR regulations and local laws
• Support various international HR projects
• Be the first line of support to answer questions regarding policies, benefits, and payroll inquiries that come in from both former and current DLL employees via the HR One Call and HR Functional Mailbox
• Connection – Build meaningful connections with other DLL members
• Facilitate HR System training and support

Requirements

• Relevant experience with working in a complex matrixed organization
• Able to work independently and in teams to meet deadlines
• High attention to detail
• High level of confidentiality is required in this position
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an operations or administrative job, preferably within HR Operations
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
• Adaptability to change course and prioritize
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work within deadlines and adapt to change
• Ability to work hybrid in a DLL location for a minimum of 2 days per week
• Ability to be proactive and customer-focused
• Bachelor’s degree level education ideally in Human Resources, or a related field or equivalent demonstrable experience
• High ability to plan, organize and work towards results
• Strong teamwork and collaboration are required
