Must reside in the Business Unit Territory/Geography.
5 years+ sale experience preferably in the HVAC industry.
Advanced proficiency in application and installation methods and techniques for new and existing products.
5 years+ calling on the residential and mechanical contractors.
Experience with Continuous Improvement/Lean Organization to include participation in Kaizen event(s).
Willing to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory for distributor, dealer, trade organization meetings and outside of the assigned territory for various company meetings.
Demonstrated communication skills both verbally and written.
Familiar with salesforce, a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred or related experience
Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
Basic to proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office products.
Able to understand and execute business plans, (Distributor, Contractor, ETC.).
Familiar with HVAC wholesale and dealer organizations.
Demonstrated public speaking skills to both small and large groups.
