- Ensure payments to suppliers are made correctly and on time
- Providing accurate and timely reports back to suppliers to ensure Business Continuity.
- Maintaining company procedures and processes, to ensure company policy is adhered to.
- Ensure payment terms are met to ensure Business Continuity
- Liaise with Suppliers confidently and professionally
- Responsibility of reconciling accounts to Audit level

- Working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
- Technology Literate
- Ability to interrogate the finance and linked systems to ensure all targets are met.
- Ability to work within SLA
- Understanding statement reconciliation processes

- Ability to adapt to new processes and systems
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Knowledge of Workday desirable
