  • Support change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in Primavera P6, eBuilder, SharePoint, PowerBI, and other PMIS platforms.
  • Mentor emerging professionals and promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Lead the development and implementation of project controls systems, tools, and processes across largescale programs.
  • Coordinate multiple funding sources including federal grants, bonds, and tax revenues.
  • Guide teams through all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning and procurement to execution and closeout.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

  • Experience in project management systems and software including Primavera, eBuilder, PMWeb, Aconex, or similar, with integrating project management systems with ERP systems including Oracle and JD Edwards.
  • Experience in the development of governance structures and program management plans.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and negotiating skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Experience in developing and updating cost and resource loaded schedules using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project and other database programs, webbased tools and spreadsheets.
  • Experience with federal compliance and reporting requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental, Construction Management, or applicable years of demonstrated experience.
  • Experience in multiple project delivery models: designbidbuild, designbuild, CMAR, and alternative delivery methods.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in program/project controls, leading teams and overseeing programs exceeding $1B in value in infrastructure, water, energy, transportation, and environmental sectors.
  • Experience in development of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), scheduling and schedule analysis, cost estimating and cost control, budget development, reporting and record/document control.
  • Experience in the municipal sector in areas of public works, utilities, transportation, and industry and on multisector programs is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in the implementation of integrated PMIS platforms across multiagency programs.
  • Experience in mapping complex business processes and developing efficiencies using Visio.
