Assures accounting integrity of financial data through the implementation of appropriate internal controls.
Prepare monthly Excalibur entries.
Assist with analysis of Excalibur to SAP Reconciliations.
Follow up with purchasers regarding missing revenue payments.
Maintain relationships with other departments within the organization to ensure that Revenue Accounting has the pertinent information for the monthly close.
Provides guidance and direction to Revenue team members
Assist Revenue Accountants with monthly Operated Revenue close.
Ensures consistent application of accounting policies.
Analyzes proposed transactions for structure and proper accounting treatment under authoritative accounting literature
Prioritize and complete any needed Reverse/Rebooks as required.
Review monthly accounts receivable balances and prepare aging schedule with explanations.
Reviews changes in technical accounting literature, develops positions and present to management
Coordinate monthly meetings with the Division Order and Marketing departments.
