Your remit will span district energy operations, the optimisation of building systems, smart metering and analytics, renewable procurement, and embedding energy and carbon considerations into every development and refurbishment decision. You will be the figure connecting operational delivery with long term environmental ambition, influencing senior stakeholders and guiding investment decisions that set new benchmarks for sustainable estate management.
We are seeking a senior energy professional with substantial experience driving decarbonisation across large, multi-building portfolios. You will bring strong technical expertise in building services, metering and BMS systems, procurement strategy, district energy networks and UK energy regulation. You will have a track record of delivering tangible reductions in energy use and carbon intensity, and the confidence to influence at all levels.
