Strategic program leadership: Lead the annual conference budget and planning process with practice leaders to select high-value conferences based on business goals, recruiting potential and market strategy. Develop and maintain the "conference playbook" of standardized workflows, timelines and templates (SOPs) that streamline planning for all practices.
Strategy and continuous improvement: Participate in strategy discussions, analyze event ROI and recommend process enhancements.
Internal collaboration and communication: Partner with business development staff, practice leaders and practice conference champions, Marketing strategists, and PR/digital/graphics teams to align strategy, messaging and deliverables.
On-site support: For select high-profile conferences and client events, travel as needed to set up booth and event venue (approximately six conferences and/or event), coordinating with venue and assisting conference attendees as needed.
Conference calendar and tracking: Maintain Asana tasks, conference calendar, deadlines and documentation accuracy.
