Office Junior Administrator

Overview

Provide admin support to service team, handling calls, emails, CRM, supplier quotes and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Updating CRM system, progressing engineer’s reports -Contacting customers to arrange for site visits and answer queries -Answering telephone calls, screening calls, and supporting customers. Managing incoming emails and assisting with correspondence -Dealing with suppliers to obtain quotations -Provide administrative support to the Service Team and Service Co-Ordinators
