Contribute to pursuit and sales efforts, taking ownership of increasingly complex tasks and supporting strategic initiatives.
Identify and evaluate client needs utilizing robust knowledge of products/services and industry trends.
Support Client Service Teams in IPD related education and growth to targeted clients.
Understand client critical success factors. Leverage existing relationships to develop and maintain a deep understanding of the critical success factors (CSFs) of client organizations (including the various departments and employees within the organization).
