Tasks

-Coordinate and administer the annual merit increase and bonus processes. -Sit and stand for long periods of time. -Assist in the design and implementation of incentive and rewards programs. -Benchmarks jobs against survey data and other market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges for each position. -Prepare detailed compensation reports and dashboards for management review. -Ensure compliance with compensation-related regulations and internal policies. -Analyze and interpret compensation data to provide insights and recommendations. -Gathers data from market analyses to assess results and market trends. -Prepares and maintain compensation structures and salary ranges. -Collaborate with HR and business leaders on compensation-related projects.

What You Bring

-Knowledge of compensation laws and regulations. -Ability to lift up to 15lbs. -Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. -Maturity and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion -Proficiency working in HRIS systems and compensation software with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools. -Certification in compensation (e.g., CCP) is a plus. -Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Work is primarily performed in a climate-controlled office setting and may require visits to the manufacturing facility with seasonal hot/cold temperatures, dust, loud noise and chemical fume exposure.
