  • Follow and reinforce our established estimating processes to ensure internal governance and provide senior management with confidence in the tender price presented.
  • Adopting and driving Fulton Hogan's Living Safely 2.0 culture.
  • Use of first principles to develop accurate estimates for Utility based projects, primarily focusing on water, and wastewater treatment and distribution
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders including subcontractors, suppliers, and design consultants
  • Conduct research to gather data on labour costs, materials, production times, and more
  • Liaise with designers and suppliers to obtain information and calculate costs
  • Obtain and review offers and quotes from subcontractors or vendors

  • Proven experience, and track record as a Civil Estimator in a tier 1 environment (alternatively experience working on-site in the waste water or utility industry)
  • Experience pricing large and small Water / Waste Water projects - ideally involving Utility Infrastructure
  • Experience in estimating O&M rates based opportunities will also be highly regarded
  • Familiarity with financial and project management principles
  • Experience in using Expert Estimator is desired, but not a requirement
