Lead projects and/or bid proposals through undertaking modelling and analytical studies, presentation to clients or other stakeholders, and writing technical reports as part of project submission and finalization processes.
To be involved in a variety of transport planning / traffic engineering projects, including but not limited to: master planning, transport modelling, transport impact assessment and/or traffic design.
Liaise with clients, professional organisations, contractors and other staff on technical solutions, cost and project programme and delivery requirements.
Undertake assignments on his/her own without day-to-day supervision.
Provide technical and project management advice to other member of staff.
Ensure that project work is carried out within agreed timescales and budget.
Allocate tasks to project team, check and monitor the work of the team.
