Cleans and picks up trash from around the trash dumpster, ensuring a clean and tidy appearance at all times.
Cleans and maintains club facilities in an orderly, presentable and decorative fashion.
Responsible for making sure the grounds look immaculate at all times.
Performs supplemental landscape maintenance and irrigation system repair and/or supplemental watering of lawn and landscape areas so that landscape areas are tidy, trimmed and properly watered. May be required, in the absence of separate yard crew or outside landscape maintenance contractor, to perform extensive in-house landscape and gardening duties such as mowing, edging, trimming, sweeping, pruning, weeding, fertilizing, planting, etc.
Maintains cleanliness of office and all other amenity and common area facilities assuring general cleanliness of grounds, laundry rooms, walkways, streets, driveways, parking lots, entrances, foyers, breezeways, recreational areas, etc. May perform exterior building light checks and assist with repairs and replacement of same.
Thoroughly trashes out vacated apartments designated by supervisor and prepare same for make-ready and re-renting, including carpet repairs, dying and shampooing as needed.
Will help with make ready’s and assist the maintenance department at all times.
Cleans and arranges furniture and trash receptacles in pool area(s). Possesses pool operator's certificate. Test chemical level of pool water on daily basis and checks to maintain proper chemical balance.

Must have reliable transportation.
Must speak and write English.
Previous groundskeeper/porter experience helpful, but not required.
Must have swimming pool maintenance experience
Must be able to pass background & drug screen.
Must have physical strength to move dumpsters 3 times a week with little to no assistance.
